Chickpea, cheese and cucumber snack pack
We love a simple lunchbox snack that can be made in minutes. Chickpea, cheese and cucumber snack pack is full of goodness to help your kids to grow, play and learn.

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 x Bega Farmers' Tasty Natural Cheese Stick
- 1 x 125g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Method
Step 1
Peel the cucumber, depending on the age of your children, and dice into 1 cm pieces.
Dice the cheese into small cubes. Combine the cucumber, cheese and chickpeas and divide into individual portions and place the mix into small, lunchbox friendly containers and pack in lunchboxes. -
Step 2
Storage: store in the fridge and consume within 2-3 days. -

Hi there, I love the blw idea but I’m paranoid about chocking hazards…..are small foods like chick peas, blue berries, peas, corn etc a chocking risk?
