Carrot and avocado mash
Carrot and avocado are two flavours that most babies just love. Together they make a lovely, sweet and creamy puree that can be enjoyed in so many ways. Add some lean meat, legumes or fish such as salmon or just enjoy as is. It is also a pretty yummy sandwich spread for you too.
Nutrition Note: Avocados are a valuable source of energy for your babies providing heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids as well as being nutrient rich and high in fibre.
