Here’s something slightly different. Harry wasn’t 100% keen on this when I was trying to spoon it in, but when I gave it to him on the tasting plate he was happy to get his paws in and try some. It tastes just like a rice pudding and I think its pretty yum.

Would this be suitable to make a larger quantity and freeze? How does rice go in the freezer?

Hi Rachel, this recipe is dairy based so doesn’t freeze well. Rice can be frozen on its own though. Ax https://ohcooks.wpengine.com/freezing-and-defrosting-guide/

Do you think this could be puréed? I’ve tried pureeing rice before and it seems to go really gluey. Any tips?

I prefer not to puree rice completely. I will pulse it, but stop before it gets gluey. Ax
