Tuna avocado with creamed corn puree
I love the mix of tuna, avocado and creamed corn on sandwiches with feta cheese, so I figured Harry might like a similar version. He ate quite a lot considering he has only had fish once before.
Nutrition Note: Try making your own creamed corn from scratch – it’s so simple and it has the lovely natural sweetness that corn has to offer. Perfect for teaching babies about the real and natural flavour of fresh corn.

Hi
Can I make double of this and put it in the freezer for another day? Have never frozen tuna before so I’m not sure how well it freezes?
Thanks

I think this one is best made fresh on the day 🙂 Ax

My son is 9 months old now, just wondering if tuna is now allowed in their system? I’m still learning on what kind of foods is allowed and not allowed at certain ages. Thanks.

I made this with just the corn and tuna and froze it in ice cube trays and then mixed in the avocado just before serving and it worked quite well.
