Winter is just around the corner, and while a summer girl at heart, the thought of veggie packed soups throughout winter gives me a belly-warming feeling. I usually cook at least one soup a week and while a few faves are on high rotation I’m always on the lookout for new, flavourful combinations. They are just too easy, perfect for the freezer and usually packed full of goodness. I’m looking forward to finding out which soups George likes best.
